Angola: Financial Crisis Dented Country's Projects, Says Minister

Angolan minister of Geology, Mines and Industry, Joaquim David, Saturday recognised that the financial and economic crisis, which began late 2008, affected the country's projects in a negative manner, mainly in the diamond sector.
