Audit: Yorktown highway chief's computer had porn; town weak on financial oversight

YORKTOWN — A draft report by state auditors found pornographic images on the work computer of town Highway Superintendent Eric DiBartolo and raises serious questions about whether he improperly spent taxpayer money, including to benefit a relative's company that he worked for on the side.
