Cable firm Ziggo's IPO stalls amid volatile market
LONDON -(MarketWatch)- Dutch cable operator Ziggo has put the brakes on an initial public offering due to volatile equity markets that have already dampened several IPOs, people familiar with the situation told Dow Jones Newswires Thursday.
