China Minsheng Bank to raise 20 bln yuan -media

SHANGHAI, Jan 7 (Reuters) - China Minsheng Banking Corp , the country's seventh-largest lender, plans to raise about 20 billion yuan ($3 billion) in a share sale in Shanghai to replenish capital, Bloomberg News reported on Friday.
