Graduations Ryan Patrick Hallisey of Warwick has graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the E. Philip Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Teachnology. A 2005 graduate of Warwick Valley High School, he is the son of Deborah Drew Hallisey of Warwick and Mark Hallisey of New Windsor.
