Dakota Heritage Bank promotes Nagel, Oswald

Dustin Nagel and Dennis Oswald have been promoted to assistant vice presidents of agricultural and business banking at Dakota Heritage Bank. Nagel works in the branch in Hillsboro, N.D., and Oswald is at the Gackle, N.D., branch.
