Government funds required to help bumis, says UDA chief

KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 — UDA Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said today that the survival of the company, which is indebted to the tune of RM700 million, is now at stake and that the wholly owned subsidiary of the ministry of finance needs government help if it is to continue the Bumiputera agenda.
