Gromack names ex-nonprofit chief as Clarkstown finance director

Clarkstown has a new director of finance who serves as the supervisor's principal spokesman and oversees personnel issues, contract negotiations and major projects. John J. Sullivan, who was until recently the director of Foster Grandparents, a Rockland nonprofit, took over from Aimee Vargas.
