Housing program in Franklin County takes financial hit

Franklin County has nearly 25 percent less money for community housing programs this year. County commissioners are accepting applications for Housing Trust Fund grants until Feb. 18. They have $91,711 to award to municipalities and nonprofits for affordable housing efforts.
