Lansing's Otto Middle School, Bingham Elementary would close under plan

LANSING - Otto Middle School and Bingham Elementary would close and Woodcreek Elementary would be merged with Dwight Rich Middle School at the end of this school year, according to a proposal submitted to the Lansing school board's finance committee by Superintendent T.C. Wallace Jr.
