Lloyds Banking CEO Designate Antonio Horta-Osorio Joins Board

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Lloyds Banking Group PLC (LYG), the U.K. bank partially owned by the Government, said Monday that further to the announcements made Nov. 3, 2010 Antonio Horta-Osorio has joined the Group as an Executive Director with immediate effect, and will succeed Eric Daniels as Group Chief Executive March 1.
