Mills replaced a chair of Banks, Banking Committee

ATLANTA - State Representative James Mills of Chestnut Mountains has been replaced as chairman of the House Banks and Banking Committee. Mills, who will remain on the committee which will be chaired by Rep. Greg Morris, was not immediately available for comment.
