Obama 'agitated' as debt-ceiling talks stall
WASHINGTON -- With time growing shorter, President Barack Obama and congressional leaders grew angrier Wednesday in their effort to reach a deal to increase the nation's $14.3 trillion debt ceiling. At the same time, the chairman of the Federal Reserve and the president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce warned that a failure to act could trigger a financial meltdown.
