PELL CITY — U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby made his way from Tuscaloosa for a town meeting Wednesday morning. “Thank you for coming out on a cold morning,” Shelby said to the residents who gathered at the Pell City Civic Center to hear what the longtime senator had to say.
