Stafford faces financial crisis due to snow-related expenses

STAFFORD — First Selectman Michael P. Krol and U.S. Rep. Joseph D. Courtney, D-2nd District, met Monday afternoon at Town Hall to discuss the financial crisis the town is facing with funding winter-related expenditures, which could lead to an increase in taxes.
