Union protests bank’s lending practices

HARTFORD — Workers from Service Employees International Union Local 2001 were to join the Connecticut Citizen Action Group today in a rally at the downtown headquarters of the Bank of America to press the bank and other major financial institutions to do more to help the state’s residents.
