VNSGU still to prepare annual budget, annual report

Surat, Feb 17 : The much defamed administration of Veer Narmad Dakshin Gujarat University (VNSGU) has comitted one more blunder by not preparing and finalizing its annual budget for 2011-12 and annual report of 2010-11, completely ignoring statutory provisions, which may prove costly on its financial condition.
