140000 CCP Officials Investigated For Corruption In 2011

Even the lowest-level official embezzled nearly 100 million RMB. China's anti-corruption provokes more corruption. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime dares not implement the basic official property declaration system. The so-called "anti-corruption" is just fooling the population. Official corruption has been rampant over the years in China. The official data shows that in the last three years, annual figures of investigated corrupt CCP officials exceed 100000. The undiscovered figure is believed to be more alarming. Hu Xingdou, Professor in Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology said before that on the basis of world's average corruption level, 99% of the amount of corruption in China remains untouched. Meaning China's actual ratio for corruption investigation is less than 1%. Transparency International's 2011 Annual world corruption index ranked China 78th.
