BBC World News: EU bank stress test results awaited 23 July 2010 1303

A moment of reckoning for Europe's banks - as they wait for regulators to release the results of so called stress-tests carried out on 91 banks. The tests are designed to see how the banks would cope with crises -- such as recession or another property slump -- and to restore confidence in the banking system. It's likely that most banks will pass, although there are concerns that the tests may not be tough enough. Jonathan Josephs reports.
