A constructive suggestion for reducing our total environmental impact without a carbon tax by introducing a uniform Mineral Resources Rental Tax to finance tax exemptions for sustainable products and services. This will not increase our cost of living nor the cost of our exports. I believe in climate change - however this will be effective if the science behind human induced climate change is faulty.
