Ramakrishna Mission is celebrating the auspicious occasion of Swami Vivekananda's 150th Birth Anniversary worldwide by undertaking various humanitarian projects, not as a passing event but to bring about lasting social impact and leave a permanent mark on society. To celebrate this great event Govt. of India has already formed a National Committee under Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Prime Minister and a National Implementation Committee under Chairmanship of the Union Finance Minister, with the monks of Ramakrishna Mission as its members.
