Industrial development of Iran can only begin with Secularism, lower interest rates in Bazar, trainning of 1000 first class professors per year(upgarding). Iran must be develop first in 10 first class universities applied research, in which we shall support Post-Doctoral programms. The fieldes of IT, Nao-Technology, Bio- Technology and Green energy(solar-, wind-energy) will be interesting for Iran. Iran must develop an specific programm and upgrade about 1.000 first class proferssors outside of Iran in the first classuniversities. Professional trainning of workers is necessary. Germany can deliver us top-experts for this programm. 5 to 10% of oil and gas income must be spend for the education and higher education within an specific programm. The combination of industrial parks with applied research parks, export and investment in the sections of IT, Nano-Technology, Bio-Technology and Green-Energy are the future for the Iranian economy. Trainning of working forces and engineers is more than necessary. All can be performed through Secularism, freedom for writing, speeking, and mind, ....., and stop of higher interests in Bazar and by banking system of Iran(16% to 25%).
