Stupid idea that fails to accomplish anything but unnecessary harm every single time a Government tries it. Deficits are necessary at times.

It's quite rich coming from Harper's Conservatives that have claimed umpteen times since the economic downturn that they've been masterful caretakers of the economy and kept Canada strong - with deficits - but they don't believe that anyone else should

a new low for the conservative party... its almost like they are caricatures of themselves.
