IMF just bankrupt countries. All that money will just end up in someone's bank account in Africa.

Why exactlx can´t The IMF sponsor more to the countries in western Africa in particullar sponsor more hospitals if it was their ancesrtors that rubbed the western African countries to mthe point where such an horrible outbreak could even be possible?ï
