After three days of intense debate at the University of Oxford's Debating Club and speaking from the same lectern that Prime Minister Winston Churchill spoke, many of the group including Dr. Bracy took the day off and spent the day in London. London's 43 universities form the largest concentration of higher education institutions in Europe. Buckingham Palace is the London home and primary residence of the British monarch. Located in the City of Westminister, the palace is a setting for state occasions and royal hospitality.
