In this part the depositors at the Saving and Loan want their money but as Mr. Pennypucker (Groucho) explains, the money isn't in the bank. They refer to the Jimmy Steward movie, It's A Wonderful Life, where he explains that money invested by savers is lent out to others so they can buy homes, so in effect the depositor's money is in other people's houses. This whole series of Marx Brothers Youtube videos is a comedy takeoff of the Credit crunch. Although the real Banking Crisis and the Credit Crunch that led to the recession wasn't so funny, but the Marx Brothers Youtube videos are funny.
