READ THIS --Don't give your proxy away. Vote for George "Dan" O'Leary. Mr O'Leary is my choice. I've been to EVERY "Member's Alliance" meeting. I've been to and video-recorded nearly all other Green Run Homes Association meetings since November of 2009. I know most, if not all of the people running for the 3 empty board seats. I am voting for experience over friendship. I'm disappointed in some candidates that I would have supported just a few months ago. GRHA doesn't need grand standers, screaming faces, recycled politicians, whiners and complainers and big personalities or people who already have too much on their plate already, and have no time left for GRHA. We already have a board member that doesn't show up for committee meetings. GRHA needs hard workers who bring leadership and problem solving abilities to the table instead of those with a laundry list of complaints using big words designed to impress rather than to inform. I'm supporting George "Dan" O'Leary. I hope you will, too. Recently appointed to the board, Mr. O'Leary has hit the ground running, helping to roll back the $37/month assessment to the 2010 level of $25.00/month. He capably serves on the GRHA Finance Committee, attends ARC meetings, Is a member of the Nominations and Credentials committee, and was appointed by a board of his peers, including former "member's alliance" board members.
