Paul Jaskot-- NPower PA 2010 6th Annual Technology Awards Luncheon

Paul has been a volunteer with NPower since its inception. He was responsible for drafting NPower's incorporation documents and has served on the board since. He is currently Chairman of the Board at NPower. Paul's dedication to our nonprofit community cannot be overstated. He has given much of himself and his time over the better part of a decade to ensure that NPower would grow into a strong organization. His expertise and guidance have played a large part in NPower's success. Professionally, Paul is currently the Chair of Reed Smith's US Corporate & Securities Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, general corporate and financing matters. He is experienced in counselling a wide range of clients, from early-stage companies to well-established, publicly traded enterprises. He has worked closely with clients' senior management and other personnel in industries such as banking and financial services, health care, life sciences, insurance, media, consumer products, information technology, telecommunications, transportation, chemicals and energy. Paul graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law and holds a BA from Yale University. Paul and his family reside in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. He has recently completed his 4th marathon, and is looking forward to running his 5th soon.
