Hyperinflation needs a currency pair comparison to take hold. Presently all financial instruments including currency are poisoned by debt (or fiat). The few currencies which are supported by resource wealth such as Canada Norway and Australia are micro-currencies and are quick to get overheated due to their limited size. Presently there are lots of people praying about every financial detail and turn; yet they are avoiding the fact that the Euro, Yen, and Dollar are completely worthless as compared to life support. Effectually, money is flowing from poisonous well to poisonous well; from bonds to cash to stocks to derivatives... Nothing has value except life support.

@centervilletn Its going down one way or the other. The elites are going down too. They are not going to have the resources to continue on with their lavish lifestyles. They need the system as it is now in order to have their lifestyle. When the event com

Good point about the hyperinflation currency needing a solid reference currency as a means of comparison. IMHO, the Yaun, PMs and/or some other currencies will be available as this reference. The USA consumes much much more than it produces so it will be

@JejuLee very smart on your part. The problem is when you buy land you also buy the debt of your municipality. You assume the debt and cost structures of others. Generally, I think you are on target buy buying life support.

@clearasvodka I think trading GPU processor time (without productive purpose) is trading useful life support in the form of energy for esoteric fuzz.

Warrren, Can "currency" or "the second currency" be physical things? And I'm not referring to gold and silver. I, myself, have been buying farmland with aquifers beneath them. I don't--for a minute--assume that I will profit from this in a "Wall Street" c

Can independant digital currency like bitcoin help? I don't know but I think it is a step in the right direction. Any form of payment that takes governments and for-profit private banks out of the loop is positive. For now I prefer gold & silver but in

@wepollock i totally agree...the best option i think is to expidite things as much as possible....level the playing field ...upset the game.....sew discontent, dont participate in the economy except when necessary and subvert from the inside when able....

@wepollock I couldn't agree more. The electronic world of manipulation always succumbs to the real world of delivery and distribution. The paper markets may very well crash as the physical world receives the biggest crunch the world has ever experienced.
