This live video shows how resource assignments in Microsoft Project are converted into the language of a finance oriented system. TPG PSLink executes a slice and dice of the data for an import and assignment to the correct WBS elements of an ERP system like SAP or Dynamics AX. Masterdata is available in Project Server to the project manager who just assigns eg travel costs without having to know details about their further use in the financial background of the ERP system. In this way TPG PSLink helps providing this very useful information as an input for future budget planning based on automatically collected resource planning information of all projects.
