Governor, overseer mum on Lantigua investigation

LAWRENCE — Gov. Deval Patrick and Robert Nunes, the city's state-appointed financial overseer, are ducking questions about the multi-jurisdictional investigation focused on Mayor William Lantigua and members of his administration.
